Location: 2nd Street Center for the Arts, 315 E. 2nd Street Boyertown, PA 19152
Attire: Professional attire. Long hair should be pulled back in a bun or similar style. Girls should wear a leotard and tights of any color. Shorts and skirts are permitted. Boys should wear black pants or tights and a black or white t-shirt. Bring both Jazz and Ballet Shoes.
Schedule: Tuesday, June 4th
4:00 pm - 5:30 pm - Intermediate and Advanced
6:00 pm - 7:15 pm - Junior, Select, and Teen
*students should attend the audition that corresponds to their recommended class level for the 2024-2025 season.
Requirements: Company Dancers must participate in at least two Ballet classes, one Jazz class, one Lyrical/Contemporary class, one Technique, Leaps & Turns class per week. To be considered for the performance company dancer must:
1. Have at least one full (school) year of ballet experience
2. Show dedication, commitment, and positivity to their current dance class
3. Attend classes regularly with few absences
4. Be respectful to other dancers AND teachers at all times
5. Show respect for the studio through cleanliness and maintenance
6. Company Dancers must participate in at least one summer class outside of the Company Intensive. If a company dancer needs to drop-in due to schedule conflicts, the dancer must have a minimum of 5 hours of dance class
